This policy explains how to cancel your Pharmakon subscription and when refunds are available.

How to Cancel

Email [email protected] with the subject line "Cancel Subscription" and include the email address associated with your account.

We will confirm your cancellation within 2 business days.

What Happens When You Cancel

Refund Policy

Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. When you subscribe for a month, you are purchasing access for that full billing period. If you cancel mid-month, your access continues through the end of the paid month, but no partial refund will be issued.

Annual Subscriptions

If you cancel an annual subscription, you may request a prorated refund for the remaining unused full months. Any partial month in progress at the time of cancellation is considered used and is not refundable.

To request a refund, email [email protected] with "Refund Request" in the subject line.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are processed through Stripe and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Resubscribing

If you cancel and later want to resubscribe, you can do so at any time at the then-current subscription rate. Your previous query history will not be retained after the 90-day post-cancellation data retention period (see our Privacy Policy).
